BMW R32 A
ESCALA 1/5.
El modelo
se ha construido en un periodo de cien días y una media de seis horas
diarias.
Por
primera vez construyo un modelo a base de planos, fotos, y un sinfín
de fotografías del modelo real, ha hecho posible la construcción del
modelo a escala.
Los
materiales y el sistema de construcción se ha copiado imitando al
máximo el modelo original.
El chasis
está construido con tubo de acero respetando las medidas a escala 1/5,
el motor se ha fundido en aluminio con molde de tierra, como se hacia
antes.
Los
acabados en níkel y la pintura de dos componentes para que el modelo
tenga un toque especial de un perfecto acabado, la decoración
integrada con barniz transparente también de dos componentes que
protege las finas líneas blancas, los grabados están hechos con CNC,
decorados y lacados, sobre plancha de cobre y latón. Las partes
mecánicas funcionan como el modelo real todas las palancas manetas y
levas son activas, accionando el freno actuando sobre cada mecanismo
como las mordazas y zapata trasera de freno, embrague, avance del
magneto y el acelerador, la suspensión frontal funciona con
amortiguadores de fricción y el cardán actúa el engranaje del grupo
cónico de transmisión de la rueda trasera.
BMW R32 ON SCALE 1/5. The model
has been constructed in a period of one hundred days and one average
of six hours daily. I construct a model with planes for the first
time, photos, and sinfín of photographies of the real model, has
made the construction of the model on scale possible. The materials
and the system of construction have been copied imitating the
original model to the maximum. The chassis is constructed with steel
tube respecting the measures on scale 1/5, the motor has been fused
in aluminum with earth mold, like towards before. Finished in níkel
and the two-part paint so that the model has a finished special
touch of a perfect one, the decoration integrated with varnish is
also transparent of two components that protects the fine white
lines, the engravings are done with CNC, scenery and lacados, on
plate of copper and brass. The mechanical parts work as the real
model all the handles manetas and levies are active, driving the
brake acting on each mechanism like the jaws and back shoe of brake,
engages the clutch, advance of the magneto and the accelerator, the
frontal suspension works with friction shock absorbers and the
cardan joint acts the gear of the conical group of transmission of
